Always learning

We recently have made an Advanced Course in Sensory Analysis of Olive Oil, given by Mar Luna, director of European School Oil Tasting and Oilculture. It has been two intense days of work where we blind tasted about 35 oils including our Deortegas Coupage, commenting the peculiarity of each olive oil by the the entire group, a group very interesting as we were several oil producers, which has made the course more enriching.
