Introductory course to oil tasting at the Catering College de Cartagena

On Monday February 17 at the Catering College of Cartagena, we have conducted a course to the oil tasting where we tasted our three ecological single variety extra virgin olive oil Arbequina, Picual and Cornicabra.
About 100 students from different grades and teachers attended. It was a very interesting experience because there was great participation of students who were interested in the differences between the types of oils on the market, and the confusion that labeling may create in consumers who are not skilled in this product.
